Nathaniel “Nate” Hwang serves as Zimmer’s Americas Compliance Officer. Nate’s role extends to broad matters of Corporate Compliance for the Americas geographic segment, including but not limited to healthcare compliance. Nate has senior management responsibilities for the monitoring and reporting obligations under Zimmer’s Corporate Integrity Agreement (CIA) with the Office of Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services. |
Since joining Zimmer in early 2009, Nate has been responsible for supporting the Company’s compliance efforts under the Corporate Compliance Program and CIA. Prior to joining Zimmer, Nate practiced healthcare law with Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. Nate earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and his Juris Doctor degree from the Southern Illinois University School of Law.
